Clarify™ is a series of resource allocation modelling tools designed to help clients optimize the decision making process around resource allocation.
Clarify™ offers three distinct tools:
- Comparative Brand Allocation Modelling - to optimize resources across the brand portfolio.
- Intrabrand Allocation Modelling - to optimize resources to customer segments for each brand.
- Simulation Training Modules - two distinct modules designed for marketing and sales management and sales representatives.
Comparative Brand Allocation Modelling - Clarify™ helps senior management determine various scenarios per brand and then enables them to compare the resourcing decisions of each scenario versus those of other brands. Ultimately, a long term strategic decision can be made as to which scenario will be accepted per brand and the expenditure and revenue commitments this will bring.
Intrabrand Allocation Modelling - Clarify™ enables a brand manager to complete a number of resourcing scenarios for their brand by determining the cause and effect of various levels of resourcing across customer segments. Each scenario can be compared to determine how best to allocate resources for each brand.
Simulation training modules - Clarify™ demonstrates the principles of resource allocation modelling in an experiential environment. Training packages are customized for your products and the audience (whether they are medical representatives, product managers or marketing and sales managers). Our clients learn how a decision regarding resourcing different customer segments impacts the sales and profitability outcomes for the brand.
